Results from the previous poll, "Are you concerned about the Afghan detainee abuse allegations?", are 93% Yes, 5% No, and 2% Don't know what you're talking about.

Canada4Life's poll, which appears on the right side of the page, has been updated. The new question is "Should Canadian troops withdraw from Afghanistan now?".
Results from the previous poll, "Would you buy a Canada4Life T-Shirt?", are 58% Yes and 42% No. The 466 people who voted yes will be interested to know that Canada4Life clothing will be available on this site very soon.

I've just updated the poll. The new question is How are you voting. Results of the last poll, "Do you want a federal election now", are 39% Yes, 61% No. The list of registered parties was way too long to include on the page, so if you don't see the party you're voting for then choose other.

Tell A Friend And Contact Pages Modified

I've just made some slight changes to the tell a friend and the contact me pages of the site. These pages now use visual confirmation in their forms. I decided to add this because someone had been abusing the pages and using them to send me spam. The guestbook should be operational again soon with the same system in place.

A Few Small Additions

A few people have emailed me asking that I add Molson's latest "Do you really want to hurt me" commercial to the site. I've listened, and you can now find it in the videos section of the site. Thanks to the person who emailed me a link telling me where I could find the video.
I've added a couple new quotes to the quotes page and gave credit to Pierre Berton for "A Canadian is someone who knows how to make love in a canoe". Thanks to the visitor who suggested this change.

Canada4Life.Ca Is Now Valid XHTML

On the 2nd of March, 2003 I announced that the site was coded in valid HTML 4.01. I've now updated the page to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium's standards for XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

Fight Spam Page Added

I've added a fight spam page to the site. This new page is designed to disrupt spam bots when they scan this site for email addresses. Clcik the fight spam link in the right menu for more information.

Some Slight Changes To The Page Layout

A Few Small Updates

The prime ministers page has now been updated to include Paul Martin. I've also added to the quotes and videos pages. The provinces pages have also been updated so that all maps include Nunavut.

Canada4Life.Ca Uses Valid CSS

Since March, pages on Canada4Life.Ca have been valid HTML 4.01 transitional. Now I've fixed up the CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) to also conform to standards. These standards are set by the World Wide Web Consortium. I hope my pages will work for everyone regardless of which browser they're using. If you see a problem somewhere please let me know.

Anthems And Songs Page Updated

I've just updated the anthems and songs page to include not only the official lyrics of our national and royal anthems, but the rest of the lyrics as well. Only the first verse of each anthem is considered official, but I'm sure lots of people are interested in the rest of the songs.
